Scottsdale Fiduciary Services charges a minimum flat fee of $3,000 for serving as Trustee of an Irrevocable Trust. This flat fee includes ten hours of time. Any additional time needed will be billed at $150 per hour billed by the nearest tenth of the hour. Scottsdale Fiduciary Services may retain legal counsel, tax professionals and any other professionals as needed.

There will be additional fees for the retention of such professionals.

There will be additional fees for the retention of such professionals.
we follow the Fee Guidelines as set forth by the Arizona Code of Judicial Administration § 3-303. Fees and expenses are subject to change within thirty (30) days written notice to the parties as required by A.R.S. §14-5109.
